"Awful customer service. Staff care little about explaining your policies to you nor do they bother to help you safe money with discounts. I had called in to make some changes to my multi car insurance policy as one of my vehicles is disabled and will not be running for a few months. The associate was happy to cancel the policy of my truck and then charge me three times more than I had been paying on my insurance. Without offering any explanation or solution. Even after I asked. Most insurance is hard to navigate and understand this is where customer service really comes into play And it very much lacks here in this location."
